On the outside, I had it all together—a successful career, a driven athlete, and years of studying the human body, mind, and nervous system. Even before becoming an Osteopath and Certified Master Coach, I had already built a deep understanding of healing—earning a degree in Kinesiology, a minor in Psychology, and devoting myself to studying the body both in school and on my own.
